Returns

We want to provide you with an uncomplicated returns experience. From now on, returns can only be made via your customer account.

This is how returns work:

  1. Create a customer account or log in
    Please log in to your customer account using the following link: Customer account

  2. Select order
    After logging in, you will see an overview of your orders. Select the order you wish to return.

  3. Request a return
    Click on "Request return" and select the items you wish to return. After your registration, you will receive all further information and, if applicable, a return label by e-mail.

Return period

Products can be returned within 30 days after receipt of receipt.

Important notes

  • A return is only for unworn, undamaged and originally packed items possible.

  • Unpacked socks, underwear and personalized products are excluded from exchange and return.
