Foot health
Good socks protect the health of your feet. They also prevent injuries to the skin and soft tissue.
How do they do this? By reducing the strain caused by pressure and impact when walking. Shear forces are also reduced and the feet are relieved accordingly.

Our feet are very complex. Many health features of the entire body can be stimulated on the feet via trigger points. This is often used in naturopathic practice. Good socks are therefore essential for our health.
Well-designed socks and suitable materials help to regulate moisture. There are around 125,000 sweat glands on the underside of the foot. These can soften the sole of the foot, making it more susceptible to blisters and injuries.
When walking or running, the feet expand, lengthen and flatten with each step. During the resting phase, they return to their original shape and size. Our socks have been developed and manufactured with the dynamic nature of the foot in mind. They protect the feet during these movements in the shoes.
Advantages of a well-designed sock:
- Reduction of strain
- Reduction of pressure and shear forces
- Serve as a "seal" for the feet to protect them from static loads
- Regulates moisture and thus prevents blisters and injuries
