Jacob Rohner AG develops trekking socks with the SAC

 

We have been producing high-quality socks with unique technical properties since 1930. Together with the SAC, we developed various socks for the Alpine and mountain regions in 2019. Thanks to the close cooperation and real field tests by the SAC, we were able to gain valuable insights for our development.

With around 160,000 members, the Swiss Alpine Club SAC is one of the largest sports associations in Switzerland. Since its foundation in 1863, it has been a formative force in the development of the Alpine region and alpinism. Based on this tradition, today it is committed to responsible mountain sports and largely free access to the mountains.

Through this unique cooperation, we also support a varied and attractive training program for SAC youth.
