A message from our CEO
We can only overcome this situation together, and each of us must act now. The current coronavirus pandemic is unprecedented and presents us all with a major challenge.
During this time, we at Jacob Rohner AG are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our customers and employees while continuing to offer the most important services. We would like to give you some information about this:
Logistics: We are consistently implementing all government-mandated risk minimization and social distancing measures in our company. Only the logistics department works with limited capacity to reduce social contacts; strict hygiene regulations are also applied.
Online store: The store is open around the clock every day, so you don't have to go without comfortable socks even now.
We have reduced our prices for all military personnel and employees of civil defense facilities by 50%.
Deliveries to the Swiss Armed Forces and civil defense personnel: Please understand that these orders have absolute priority and your order may be delivered with a slight delay. We would like to say a big thank you to all the people who are now deployed on the front line to protect us. Thank you, Merci, Grazie and Grazia say.
Customer service and sales: We have stopped all customer visits. Please understand that we have to act immediately. Our service team is working from home, but is still available for you by phone, email or video chat and will be happy to answer your questions. For employees who are currently unable to work, we have set up a fund for online training. Expand your skills - and we will emerge stronger from this situation.

WE will donate CHF 5 from every order to the to Swiss Solidarity. Swiss Solidarity supports people in need due to the coronavirus epidemic.
The Swiss Solidarity would like to finance emergency aid in the three areas of health, economy and social affairs:
- Help for people affected by the coronavirus, such as home deliveries, transportation services, meals on wheels, care, etc.
- Financial support for people in an emergency.
- Food aid.
- Initiatives that enable and promote solidarity within society.
