Delivery
Rohner Socks ships all items in stock immediately after receiving your order. Therefore, you will receive the goods within 2 to 4 working days, but at the latest after 6 working days.
If certain items are not immediately available due to high demand, you will be notified of the expected delivery time by e-mail, or the amount already paid will be refunded immediately.

Prices
The prices displayed in the online store are binding. You will receive the statutory VAT.
For deliveries to Switzerland this is 7.7% of the value of goods, for deliveries to the EU this is 19% that is (16% for Germany until 31.12.2020), the German VAT. Approach applies. 

For deliveries outside the EU and Switzerland, no VAT is charged, the goods are shipped declared.
Depending on the recipient country, the corresponding customs duties and goods import tax rates apply. The payment of these duties and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.

For the articles ordered in the Rohner Online Boutique, only the prices
displayed in the shopping basket immediately before the order is sent apply.
The prices include the statutory value added tax for Switzerland and Germany (EU).

Shipping costs
Switzerland
We charge you CHF 2.50 for packaging and shipping within Switzerland .
For orders within Switzerland over CHF 90.00, Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.

EU countries
For all other countries in the EU, the shipping costs will be shown after entering the address .
For orders within the EU over EUR 90.00, Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.

Other countries outside the EU
The costs for packaging and shipping per shipment for deliveries outside the EU can be seen in the table below. We regret that we cannot deliver to countries which are not listed in the table.
For orders from the USA and Canada over USD 90.00, Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.
